Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days from the day of delivery, following receipt or your parcel. The item must be returned in its original condition and package, while any item that is not in the same condition as originally shipped will not be accepted as a return and the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
If the goods are damaged or faulty on arrival, please contact us within 48 hours and we will replace the goods or issue refund. We will refund the initial shipping charges as well.
Casa De Linos must approve all returns so before shipping back your order, please email us at … for providing return instructions. Make sure you include your order number # and item(s) you are returning. For your protection, make sure that your return is shipped back followed by a tracking number.
Casa De Linos is not responsible for packages that are lost in the mail.
Casa De Linos reserves the lawful right to not accept returns of good quality custom made bedding.
